- Guryongpo is a fishing port with a preserved Japanese colonial-era street.
The airport
- The address is 18 Ilwol-ro, Donghae-myeon, Nam-gu, Pohang.
- It serves both Pohang and Gyeongju, which is why the name was changed to include the latter.
- Gyeongju is the old Silla capital, and the reason most visitors come to this part of Korea.
- The airport shares its site with a Republic of Korea Navy air base.
