A 120 minute ticket is 4 lei and a 24 hour one 13 lei, on line 50 between the airport and Piata Unirii.

A single valid 120 minutes costs 4 lei. A two journey ticket is 8 lei, a 24 hour ticket 13 lei and a three day tourist pass 30 lei.
A seven day pass is 35 lei and a 30 day one 130 lei across all lines.
Line 50 is the airport route, running Aeroport, Piata Independentei, Piata Unirii and Targu Cucu, and back.
The airport sits close to Iasi, on the eastern edge of the city rather than out in the country.
CTP Iasi runs the city bus and tram network that serves it.
The airport's own transport page publishes nothing readable: no line number, no timetable, no fare.
Taxis wait at the terminal, and a short city ride is the fallback.
Iasi is a large university city, so the network is dense once you are on it.

Four lei is about eighty euro cents, and it buys 120 minutes rather than one ride, so a change on the way in costs nothing extra.
The three day tourist pass at 30 lei is aimed squarely at visitors and pays off from the eighth journey.
The 24 hour ticket at 13 lei is the arrival day buy if you are moving around after dropping your bags.

Line 50 runs Aeroport, Piata Independentei, Piata Unirii, Targu Cucu and back.
Piata Unirii is the centre, and the one most arrivals want.
