Karup (KRP): the Flexbus runs only when it has been booked
Midttrafik's Flexbus is part of the public transport network and follows fixed stops and a timetable, but it only operates when the journey has been ordered in advance.

- Pickup can vary by up to 15 minutes from the scheduled time.
- The vehicle may be a taxi, a car or a lift-equipped van, and other passengers may be sharing it.
- The airport stop is by the departure hall, close to check-in.
- There is a direct connection to and from Viborg and Holstebro, and onward via Karup (Bredgade) to Herning among others.
- Flexbus does not run on 24 or 31 December.

The Flexbus, and the catch in it
- Midttrafik offers Flexbus connections between Midtjylland Karup Airport and, among others, Viborg and Holstebro.
- It is part of the collective transport system. The fare is the ordinary bus tariff, and it runs between fixed stops on a timetable.
- But it only runs when the journey has been ordered in advance. That single sentence is the difference between catching it and standing at an empty stop.
