Arlanda Express is SEK 340 single. Any other train adds a SEK 157 station fee at the gates unless it is already in your ticket.

Arlanda Central Station charges a fee of SEK 157 to anyone getting on or off a train there.
If your ticket does not include it, you pay at the ticket gates in SkyCity. This catches people out constantly.
The fee is nothing to do with the airport. It pays for the station and railway built in the 1990s.
Arlanda Express is SEK 340 single, SEK 640 return, with the fee already included.
Children travel free with an adult ticket holder, which makes the Express competitive for families.
Extra adults on the same train are SEK 120 each, up to seven of them.

SEK 157, charged to every passenger boarding or alighting at Arlanda Central Station.
Paid at the ticket gates in SkyCity if it is not already part of your ticket price.
Swedavia is explicit that it has no connection to the airport: it covers the station and the railway, and how they were financed when built in the 1990s.
A cheap commuter train ticket plus this fee is often not much cheaper than the Express.

Each extra adult on the same train is SEK 120, up to seven of them, which is the cheapest way for a group.
Tickets are valid for any departure in either direction for 90 days, so there is no need to pick a train.

Arlanda Express carries you between Arlanda South and Arlanda North free of charge, outside security. Useful if you land at the wrong end.
