They are entirely different journeys. Read the airport code on your booking before arranging a transfer, because arriving at the wrong one costs about two hours.

Airport to Padalarang: 45,000 rupiah, by way of the Pasteur toll road to Kota Baru Parahyangan.
Airport to Subang: 70,000 rupiah, by way of Setiabudi and Lembang. That is the road to the tea plantations and Tangkuban Perahu.
Departures are matched to flight arrivals and departures rather than run to a fixed timetable, and will change as the flight schedule fills out.
Two more routes are planned: to Sumedang by way of east Bandung and Jatinangor, and to Ciamis by way of Cileunyi and Tasikmalaya.

Because the airport is inside Bandung, ordinary city transport works: angkot minibuses, Trans Metro Bandung buses, conventional taxis and app based cars.
Bandung's traffic is heavy, and a short distance can take a long time on a weekend, when Jakarta empties into the city.
