DAMRI runs non stop to Terminal Purabaya for 35,000 rupiah in about 30 minutes. Longer routes reach Gresik and Mojokerto.

DAMRI runs the airport bus from terminals 1 and 2.
Juanda to Terminal Purabaya, also called Bungurasih, costs 35,000 rupiah.
That service is non stop. You board at the airport and get off at the terminal, with nothing in between.
It takes about 30 minutes in clear traffic.
From the airport it runs roughly 05:00 to 20:00 or 21:00, every 30 to 60 minutes.
From Purabaya back to the airport it starts as early as 03:00 and runs to about 18:00.
Purabaya is Surabaya's main long distance bus terminal, so it is the interchange for the rest of East Java.
A DAMRI route runs to Terminal Bunder in Gresik for 70,000 rupiah.
Another runs to Mojokerto for 75,000 rupiah.
Those two adjust their departures to demand rather than running to a fixed clock, roughly hourly.

DAMRI's Juanda to Terminal Purabaya service costs 35,000 rupiah and is the standard way into Surabaya.
It runs non stop. There are no intermediate stops in either direction; you board at the airport and alight at Purabaya, or the reverse.
The journey takes about 30 minutes when the road is clear, longer in Surabaya's rush hours.
From the airport it runs roughly 05:00 to 20:00, with some sources giving 21:00, at intervals of 30 to 60 minutes.
Coming out to the airport it starts at 03:00, which matters: Juanda has a heavy early morning departure bank and this is the only public way to make it.

Terminal Purabaya, also called Bungurasih, is Surabaya's main long distance bus terminal.
From there buses run across East Java and beyond, so if Surabaya is a staging post rather than a destination, this is the right place to be dropped.
It is not the city centre. Getting from Purabaya into central Surabaya is a further ride.

Terminal Bunder, Gresik: 70,000 rupiah.
Mojokerto: 75,000 rupiah.
Both run roughly hourly but adjust to the number of passengers rather than to a published timetable, so allow slack.
For either town, this beats going into Surabaya first.

Pick up is at terminal 1 or terminal 2, whichever you land at.
Buy at the counter rather than on the bus.
Timetables here move with demand. DAMRI publishes hours rather than departure times on most of these routes, and the operator says as much.
