Rhodes Airport (RHO) to Rhodes town
A public bus runs between the airport and Rhodes town, from a stop between the old and new terminals, operated by RODA.
- A public bus runs between the airport and the city of Rhodes.
- The stop is between the old terminal and the new one, so look for it rather than expecting it outside arrivals.
- The operator is RODA, the west side bus company, on +30 22410 26300 or 22410 24129.
- The airport does not publish a fare, and neither does RODA's own timetable page.
- The taxi rank is in front of Arrivals at Terminal 1.
- The airport is at Paradisi, about 14 km south west of Rhodes town along the west coast.
Finding the bus
- The stop sits between the old and the new terminal buildings. This is the practical point: it is not on the kerb you walk out onto.
- RODA runs the service between the airport and Rhodes town, and also serves the west coast resorts.
- Rhodes town's own bus information is published by the municipality at rhodes.gr.
Paying
- Neither Fraport nor RODA publishes a fare on the pages the airport links to.
- Tickets are sold by the driver on the KTEL and RODA services here, so carry cash.
Taxis
- The rank is in front of Arrivals at Terminal 1.
- Rhodes town is about 14 km away along the west coast, so a taxi is a real fare rather than a token one.
