Florianopolis (FLN): only line 431 reaches the centre, and it stops at 22:12 on Sundays
Three Consorcio Fenix lines serve the airport but only 431 runs to the central terminal TICEN. Cash costs more than a card, the tourist card costs more than the residents card, and the timetables are being resynchronised on 14 September 2026.
- Line 431 TICEN / Aeroporto is the one that reaches central Florianopolis. The other two, 477 and V-468, feed the TIRIO terminal at Rio Tavares in the south of the island.
- From the airport on weekdays: first 06:47, last 00:01, 26 departures.
- Saturday: first 06:45, last 23:18, 19 departures. Sunday and holidays: first 06:46, last 22:12, 16 departures.
- Towards the airport from TICEN: 06:10 first every day, last 23:30 weekdays, 22:45 Saturday, 21:40 Sunday.
- Nothing runs before about a quarter to seven in the morning. An early flight means a taxi or an app.
- The fare is R$7.70 in cash, by PIX or by QR code, R$7.20 on the Cartao VT/Turista and R$6.20 on the Cartao Cidadao.
- Paying cash is the most expensive way to board, which is the reverse of most Brazilian cities.
- Every 431 departure is flagged as a low-floor vehicle with a lift, and every time is flagged as an estimate subject to traffic.
- The timetable changes on Monday 14 September 2026. The city mobility department announced a resynchronisation of the conventional network on 10 September.
- The airport's own page names Uber as the app company under contract, with signposted pick-up and drop-off points. No other app is named.
- The taxi rank runs 24 hours and there is a free bicycle rack.
- The airport is about 12 km south of the centre at Rodovia Acesso ao Aeroporto 6.200, Carianos.
Three lines, but only one goes to town
- Consorcio Fenix is the operator accredited by the city council, and the airport lists three of its lines: 431 TICEN / Aeroporto, 477 TIRIO / Aeroporto via Tapera and V-468 TIRIO / Multihospital via Aeroporto.
- Only 431 runs to TICEN, the central terminal. The other two run to TIRIO at Rio Tavares, the interchange for the south of the island, which is useful if you are heading for the southern beaches and useless if you want the historic centre.
- 431 from the airport: weekdays 06:47 to 00:01 (26 departures), Saturday 06:45 to 23:18 (19), Sunday and holidays 06:46 to 22:12 (16).
- 431 towards the airport from TICEN, Platform B, Box 13: 06:10 first on all three day types, last 23:30 weekdays, 22:45 Saturday, 21:40 Sunday.
- There is no bus before roughly 06:45 in either direction, and on a Sunday evening the last one back into town leaves the airport at 22:12. Late arrivals need a taxi or an app.
The fare is upside down
- Cash, PIX or QR code: R$7.70. Cartao VT/Turista: R$7.20. Cartao Cidadao: R$6.20.
- Cash is the dearest option, not the cheapest. If you are staying more than a day or two the tourist card pays for itself quickly.
- Fenix flags every 431 departure as a vehicle with a lift, and marks every published time as an estimate that depends on traffic.
Check the times again before you travel
- The city's Secretaria Municipal de Infraestrutura e Manutencao announced on 10 September 2026 that conventional-network timetables change from Monday 14 September 2026, to move vehicles towards the busiest periods. A separate resynchronisation had already taken effect on 8 September.
- The line 431 page itself is stamped "Alterada em: 11/09/2026". Treat any printed timetable, including this one, as a snapshot.
Apps and taxis
- The airport states that the concessionaire has a contract with Uber, which operates there regularly with signposted pick-up and drop-off points. No other app company is named on the page. Uber's own airport page lists FLN and describes kerbside drop-off at the terminal you name when you book.
- There is a taxi rank open 24 hours, but neither the airport nor the city publishes an airport taxi tariff that could be reached from here, so agree the meter before you set off.
- There is also a free bicycle rack.

The airport charges for overstaying at the kerb by the ten minute block, and the standard car park turns any stay over four hours into a full day. The premium car park refuses toll tags.
- The drop-off kerb is not a car park. Tolerance is 10 minutes, then R$20 for each additional 10 minutes.
- The standard car park costs R$24 up to four hours. Past four hours you are charged a full day at R$55.
- Standard car park longer stays: R$110 for two days, R$170 for three, R$250 for four to six, R$320 for seven to ten, R$420 for eleven to fifteen, R$550 up to thirty.
- There is a five minute grace period at the standard and the premium electric car parks, with no ticket validation needed if you leave inside it.
- The premium car park is R$60 up to four hours and R$99 a day; the premium bays with electric chargers are R$80 and R$130.
- Premium does not accept toll tags. Sem Parar, Veloe, Taggy and ConectCar work only in the standard car park.
- If you booked online and also hold a tag, you must still scan the booking QR code even when the barrier opens by itself, or the tag will charge you as well.
- The day counter runs from the moment you passed the entry barrier, not from midnight, and there is no pro rata billing.
- Capacity: 2,661 standard spaces, 206 premium, 22 premium bays with electric chargers.
- The standard car park is six minutes' walk from the terminal, the premium two.
- Payment: cash, PIX, debit, credit and the four toll tags.

The expensive mistake is standing at the kerb
- The airport states plainly that the boarding and arrivals kerb is not a car park. You have 10 minutes. After that it is R$20 for every further 10 minutes.
- That is the single charge most likely to surprise someone meeting a delayed flight. If the aircraft is late, park properly.
The standard car park turns four hours into a day
- R$24 up to four hours. Cross four hours and a full daily rate of R$55 applies. There is no billing by the hour or by fractions of a day beyond the published bands.
- Longer bands: R$110 for two days, R$170 for three, R$250 for four to six, R$320 for seven to ten, R$420 for eleven to fifteen and R$550 up to thirty.
- A five minute grace period applies from entering; leave inside it and drive straight to the exit barrier without validating anything.
- The daily count starts 24 hours after you passed the entry barrier. Enter at 14:00 and your first day closes at 14:00 the next day.
Premium, and the tag trap
- Premium: R$60 up to four hours, R$99 for a day. Premium bays with electric chargers: R$80 and R$130. Premium is covered; standard is not.
- Premium does not accept toll tags at all. In the standard car park Sem Parar, Veloe, Taggy and ConectCar open the barrier automatically and bill by tag reading.
- If you pre-booked online and also carry a tag, the airport requires you to scan the booking QR code even though the barrier lifts on its own. Skipping it leaves the tag charge in place and you pay twice.
- Capacity is 2,661 standard, 206 premium and 22 premium electric bays. Standard is about six minutes from the terminal, premium about two.
