Ajaccio (AJA): buy the shuttle ticket before you board, or you are not getting on
Since 28 January no tickets are sold on board the airport shuttle, and buying before boarding is mandatory for journeys from the airport. Non-residents pay eight euro.

- Taxis are also available at the arrivals terminal, which CAPAMOVE names as the direct alternative.
- Download the CAPAMOVE app before you fly if you plan to use the bus. There is no fallback at the stop.
The rule that catches people
- Tickets are not sold on board. CAPAMOVE, the Ajaccio transport authority, says so directly: "Aucune vente n'est effectuee a bord des bus."
- For journeys leaving the airport, buying the ticket before boarding is obligatory.
- So download the app or learn the SMS code before you fly. Standing at the stop with cash is not a plan.
