Brest (BES): Bibus lines 16 and 20, and a metered taxi you can price yourself

The airport is 10 km from central Brest at Guipavas. Two Bibus routes serve it, and the airport publishes the 2026 taxi tariff so you can work out the fare before you get in.

  • The airport is at Guipavas, 10 km northeast of central Brest.
  • By road it is 15 to 20 minutes from the centre, following signs for "Guipavas / Aeroport" on the D112.
  • The Bibus network serves the airport, on lines 16 and 20. Bibus runs both the buses and the tram in Brest.
  • Timetables and fares are on the Bibus site, which the airport links to rather than reproducing.
  • A taxi rank stands in front of the terminal at the arrival of every flight.
  • The indicative 2026 taxi tariff is 2.90 euro pickup plus 2.12 euro per kilometre.
  • On a 10 km run that is roughly 24 euro before any waiting or supplements.
  • Private hire (VTC) drop-offs are allowed at the dropoff area.
  • Landerneau is 15 minutes away, Morlaix 35, Lannion 1 h 15.
  • The airport is warning about roadworks on the RN12 with disruption from 24 August to 2 October 2026. Allow extra time.
