Forli Airport (FRL) to the city and Romagna
Forli Airport Link sells the regional train and the connecting bus as one ticket, with the bus adding 1.50 EUR one way or 3.00 EUR return.
- The bus supplement is 1.50 EUR one way and 3.00 EUR return, on top of the train fare.
- Buy it as one ticket. Choose Forli Aeroporto as origin or destination and the train and bus come together.
- Sold through every Trenitalia Tper and Trenitalia channel: ticket offices, machines, the website, the app and authorised retailers.
- The bus runs between Forli railway station and the airport, as line 7.
- Regional trains put Bologna, Rimini and Ravenna within one booking of the terminal.
- A return costs exactly two singles, so there is no saving in buying both halves at once, only convenience.
One ticket for the whole journey
- Forli Aeroporto is a destination you can buy to. Trenitalia Tper and Start Romagna sell the train and the connecting bus in a single transaction.
- The bus part costs 1.50 EUR, or 3.00 EUR for the return, added to whatever the rail leg costs.
- No separate cash for the driver, and no working out which local bus serves the airport.
Where it connects
- Forli station is on the Bologna to Rimini main line, so the airport is a train ride from Bologna, Cesena, Rimini and Riccione.
- Ravenna is a change away on the same regional network.
- The bus is line 7, Forli FS to Aeroporto, run by Start Romagna.
Practical notes
- Buy before you travel rather than at the airport, since the point of the arrangement is the combined fare.
- Check the bus times against your flight. The link is timetabled, not on demand, and Forli is a small airport with a thin schedule.
