Kristiansand (KRS): line 35 runs to the clock, not to your flight
Avinor says outright that the local bus serving Kjevik keeps its timetable regardless of a delayed arrival. If you land late, it will already have gone.

The bus, and its one important limitation
- Local bus line 35 Tveit is the public transport to Kristiansand Airport. It is a normal route in the local network rather than an airport express.
- It follows a set timetable and a fixed route, and Avinor's own wording is that it "will not adjust departure times due to, for example, a delayed flight arrival".
- That is unusual enough to be worth stating twice. Most airports of this size run something keyed to the flights. Kjevik does not.
- The practical consequence: if your flight is late, check the timetable before you walk out, and be ready to take a taxi instead.

The boat taxi
- There is a RIB service between Kjevik and the centre of Kristiansand. You and your travel companions are collected at the airport.
- Avinor frames it as an extra special trip, which is the right framing. It is a nice arrival on a summer evening and it is not a substitute for the bus in February.

- Kristiansand is the ferry port for Denmark, so a good share of arrivals here are connecting onward by sea rather than staying in town.
Taxi
- Norwegian taxi prices are set by the operator rather than a regulated meter. Drivers must tell you the price before the trip starts, so ask.
