Tulsa (TUL): the airport bus stops at 17:16 and there is no Sunday timetable
MetroLink route 201 does call at the terminal, every 45 minutes on weekdays, but the last departure towards downtown is 17:16 and the route publishes only weekday and Saturday timetables. An evening or Sunday arrival means a taxi.
- Route 201 Airport/Pine is the only bus. It runs Denver Avenue Station downtown to the terminal and on to Midtown Memorial Station.
- Weekday departures from the airport towards downtown: 06:01, then every 45 minutes, last at 17:16. Sixteen buses a day.
- The airport to Denver Avenue Station takes about 34 minutes.
- Saturday runs roughly every 65 minutes, with the airport timepoint from 06:36 to 17:26 towards Midtown Memorial Station.
- There is no Sunday timetable for route 201. The route page publishes weekday and Saturday only.
- A modified service alert was live on the route with an expiry of 1 October 2026. Check it before relying on the timetable.
- Adult cash fare is a 2.00 USD three hour pass; a day pass is 4.00 USD. Riders aged 18 and under travel free.
- The operator is now branded MetroLink Tulsa. Older guides say Tulsa Transit, and metrolinktulsa.org is still a holding page; the live site is metrolinkok.org.
- Taxis wait kerbside between the baggage claim areas. The meter is 2.00 USD flag drop plus 0.40 USD per fifth of a mile and 0.40 USD a minute waiting.
- There is a 10.00 USD minimum taxi fare, plus 2.00 USD per extra passenger, 2.00 USD per item of luggage, and a 1.00 USD fuel surcharge when petrol is over 3.00 USD a gallon.
- The airport's own estimate to downtown Tulsa, about 8 miles, is 20 USD.
- Uber, Lyft and Turo operate. Pick-up is on the Arrivals Roadway kerb on the UPPER level, in the right lane, behind the taxis.
The one bus, and when it stops
- MetroLink route 201, Airport/Pine, is the only public transport to the terminal. It starts at Denver Avenue Station downtown, runs east along Pine Street, then south on Mingo and Memorial Drive to Midtown Memorial Station, calling at the airport on the way.
- Weekday departures from the airport towards downtown: 06:01, 06:46, 07:31 and on every 45 minutes to a final 17:16. The run into Denver Avenue Station takes about 34 minutes.
- Saturday is thinner and later starting, roughly every 65 minutes, with the airport timepoint running 06:36 to 17:26 in the Midtown Memorial direction.
- There is no Sunday service. The route's own page offers a weekday tab and a Saturday tab and nothing else. If you land on a Sunday, or after about half past five any day, the bus is not an option.
- The route was carrying a modified service alert with an expiry date of 1 October 2026 at the time of writing, so confirm the current pattern before you count on it.
Fares, and the name that changed
- Adult cash fare is a 2.00 USD three hour pass. A day pass is 4.00 USD. Riders aged 18 and under ride free, with ID or proof of age if asked.

- If the meter comes in under 10.00 USD you are charged 10.00 USD. Add 2.00 USD per extra passenger, 2.00 USD per item of luggage, and a 1.00 USD fuel surcharge whenever petrol is over 3.00 USD a gallon.

Rideshare is upstairs
- Uber, Lyft and Turo all operate at TUL. Pick-up is on the Arrivals Roadway kerb on the upper level, across from baggage claim, in the right lane behind the taxis. Your driver follows the Arrivals signs.
